These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and AI SDR service provided by SAGHIRINIRO SERVICES LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We provide an agentic AI sales development service that performs prospecting, personalized outreach, lead qualification, and meeting booking on your behalf, according to the campaign brief you provide.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity carried out under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No outreach that violates applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, or consumer protection laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- No deceptive sender identity, malware, or illegal offers.
- No targeting of consumer (B2C) audiences for unsolicited commercial email unless lawfully permitted.
- No reverse-engineering or reselling the Service.
4. Pricing & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The 30-day pilot is free; if you continue, the selected plan is billed starting day 31. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Customer data & ownership
You retain ownership of your campaign data and any output generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver the Service. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated copy is provided without warranty of deliverability, response rates, or revenue outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your campaign data, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
